An idyllic English countryside just outside of Ashford with commercial & residential space for let.

The name Hinxhill is thought to be an abbreviation of Hengest Heille, the place of Hengest who is said to have roved these parts in the 5th century. St.Mary´s church in its delightful rural setting is the jewel of Hinxhill. The church was probably a chapel of ease for pilgrims between Hastings and Canterbury.

Hinxhill Estate LLP is situated in an idyllic English countryside with a village atmosphere on the East side of Ashford. It is just 1.5 miles from Junction 10 of the M20 motorway, only 4 miles from Ashford town centre and  Ashford International train station (from Ashford to St. Pancras in only half an hour) and 14 miles to the Channel Tunnel.
